As the Imperial Whazoo has noted, the tax breaks for the safety equipment will really pay off for SFMI. I imagine all the structural reinforcements required for the tunnel and "safe" room will fall under those tax statutes. Don't recall if the IW mentioned this, but with these tax breaks, this could possibly encourage new investors simply because of the lower burn rate regarding cash. Looks very positive.
