At first glance, I find it interesting......and......insightful from your apparent analytical rigor !! Of course, we can now track the process through the balance of 2003 and see if we "stay the course".

I'm assuming your statiscal data / research is just a hobby or tool for personal investing.......vesus the precursor (subliminal) pretext to "BUYING" your process tools, right ?

One thing.....isn't this really an attempt to
"time the market".....or......minimally TIME a
specific equity ? Most things I read / or / get
lectured on by my CFP tell me to NOT TRY and do that ie.

it's "time in the market" vs. "timing the market" !!
