The response to NPWV seems to be pretty good so far. It may have bottomed in the high teens after the heavy consolidation, but it's hard to say. The chart has a short history here so far, but it seems that there is support in the high teens and resistance may come at .30, .40 and .44. It's having a good day so far...I'll keep an eye on it.
