To make it easy:
Just call your Broker Dealer and ask him about the Pro's and Contra's. Let him outline to you the Costs, the estimated Timeframe of the Transaction etc. Ask him specifically about the Risks of doing such Step for a SEC suspended Company that will soon trade on the Grey Market.
It would be very nice of you to post the gathered Feedback on this Board.
