I assure you I'm just another investor just like everyone else. I have no intentions of anything. You cannot expect me to believe that in a court of law we were denied the possibility of recovery even if there was proof of fraud and they only gave us a few scraps. Now all of a sudden they are gonna give us quarterly payments for four years full face value for prefereds or more. Common this is delusional and you know it. Now if you tell me U's will get a one time payment of 0.27 cents a share it would not be hard for me to believe that.
