He was PISSED AT US??? Tell him to run his business like it should be ran and file paperwork like it is supposed to be done and he wouldn't be where he is now.

Just that statement shows how PATHETIC he is at running a business. BLAMING INVESTORS for their screwups??? It wasn't anyone here who didn't comply with the SEC regulations. I can promise just about ANYONE here would have made sure these documents were all filed timely.

They DESERVE what they got and I hope the SEC investigates every penny that has come in and out of this company and takes them to the cleaners!!
