I think it is interesting...more than meets the eye. Timing is important. For my 2 cents, I think the delay and OS says that there is a recent "consolidation" in collective interests. It would not surprise me if companies with common interests 'tie the knot'. Forming a ground level company (BMSN) with all relevant players a part of the organization only strengthens the competitive edge. Powers right now are gathering their war parties for the inevitable boom in Cell Science and the impact it will have on human well being. Only some will be winners, let it be us. Dilution-yes. Gamble-yes. But what if??? Buy, buy, buy.
