I can assure you the pilots get nothing but losses from this management team. Any options (if still held) have a strike price of $5. These options were given after concessions of over $1B/yr by pilots to save pension. That lasted 8 years and helped those who were able to retire. The rest of us have a frozen pension (mine = $400/mo) while the executive pay has gone up 700% So when you see a guy going slowly down the jet bridge with a walker, be nice to him, he could be your pilot :(
