I believe we are screwed. I sold my shares Friday... lost a few hundred here. The CEO has never mentioned AA common shareholders in the entire BK press releases, He olny mentions US Airways shareholders and AA bondholders and creditors. I believe the pilots held several of the common shares and and are only part of the discussion because they work for the company and are represented by a union. The pilot negotiations have been to give them some type of compensation or conversion for the stock they have accumulated in employee stock plans over the years. Everyone else gets phucked. In my opinion, this is a double standard and an offense by SEC law. These pilots would have insider information, that other common investors do not. I urge you all to file complaints with the SEC.
