At a minimum,Kinross would not even entered into a proven CA (ON RECORD NOW/IF NOT MORE)if SRGE is a scam.

Sure about that? Kinross did enter into a confidentiality agreement with ALTO in 2011. Nothing came of it.

And ALTO was suspended more than a year later, this past September.
