If enough certs are pulled, there won't be enough shares to trade. Take 50% of the shares off the market and there will be so little left the price will sky rocket and anyone shorting SRGE will get a margin call. Longs control the float and by the way, I believe the float has been bought several times over already!!!

Why, maybe Kinross even holds the float.
