I was watching it slide to .15 then it just took off , the history of it is that the CEO promise shareholders to be rewarded after a short attack on them by this company called VVR they were delisted from Nasdaq but the company is running and producing batteries for scooters and laptops and small appliances they build a new facility in China and they are still in court from what I hear to solve the supposedly wrong doing done to ABAT . It is a very high risk play but a good chance the CEO honors is word . Anyway fraud in china is a lifetime sentence so maybe something good will happen to the stock
