Yes! Correct just do the math.. Rs canceled because of "prospective funding" and name change is in the works and CEO says himself that several PRs on the way! What pink sheet do you know of that is in a situation like this? You are bottomed out and you know that CEO wants pps higher so how can you leave disappointed?

Patience is the key with this play.. IMO
