We have this all the time w/ pinks. CEO is "supposed to" have announcement for us next week. I'm in at 2's (have been trying to get 1's since 31st and never get them). This is one of the 2013 plays I've got a great feeling about though. Why would another company accept shares at .0004 par value if it was worth less? Why would CEO cancel R/S if he couldn't raise share value? Even if news takes a little longer, this will be a very nice 2013 play for those who stick around until announcements come. IMO
