Informal Poll

Part 1: Suppose you owned a manufacturing company that was making $1,000,000 per year and growing modestly from year to year. How much would someone have to pay you in cash to get you to sell it?

Part 2: Suppose that the payment would be in VirTra Systems stock. How much VirTra stock would you require, assuming that you could sell all the stock immediately?

Part 3: How much VirTra stock would you require if you couldn't sell any of the stock for one year?
