The announcement of a R/S in ECDC was the final nail in the coffin. It does not matter, from this point on, what bogus news the company releases.

No one wants this stock, due to the fact, it is a bogus company with an extremely poor performing stock. Then, to top it off, the company releases news of a 500:1 R/S. It's done and should be!
