I think they paint it down when they want to shake shares and paint it up when they want the stock price to go up. My theory is the market makers absorbed many of the sellers shares, now he has inventory and will push up. This combined with e coming off looks very well for the stock price in the near future. This time the market makers working for the longs, also called putting wind in the sail.
