Are the people associated with PTAH crooks are not??

Are the Management of PTAH crooks? The most basic DD one can do when checking in to a Penny Stock is to learn all you can about the principals of the company. In the case of PTAH, that would be CEO Lewenshon and Lynn Morgan, Treasurer, Sec, Director.

A common thread in checking the Pink Sheet backgrounds of these two, is to Google "Richard Windorski', Lynn Morgan's father. In 2006 at least three of the Windorski's changed their name from Windorski to Morgan. They are Richard , his wife Jean and daughter Lynn.

In 2004 - 2005 Richard and Jean were being sued by shareholders and new officers in a failed 3PL transport business, OPLO (OrderPro, which no longer trades. Richard was the original CEO). Probably just a coincidence that they fled the easily remembered name, Windorski, to the more common, Morgan.

Be that as it may, the pair next entered the Penny Arena with ANYT ( Anything Brands on Line. This time Jean was the CEO and Richard was the IR rep. Lynn & Lewensohn were in the bckground. Jean Morga has been an officer in a least 3 other failed Pinks.

ANYT specialized in selling camping equipment, hand tools and eventually, food service & fresh produce, through Anything Green Online. But Richard and Jean must have had 3PL freight in their blood, because they teamed up with MYFT. Yep! A 3PL freight biz.

For those of you who don't know it, PTAH is also a 3PL and is involved in marketing produce snd food service.

ANYT just faded away. No record of them ever selling a tent, hammer of box of fresh veggies. They did manage to print and sell millions of shares on the strength of a few dozen PRs, which were never delivered on.

Those PRs were full of the things dreams are made of. Acquisitions, roll up of assets, fantastic forecasts of growing revenues.. Connections with recognizable names in the freight biz. Does that have a familiar ring?

Question: If I have a Shamwow delivered to my home, can I claim to be doing business with FedEx?

About the Crook thing. Does "Crook" apply only\y to those who have been convicted a crime? Or can it be applied to people that have engaged in deceptive practices with multiple companies, for years? If the shoe fits----.
