Volume way off. This could fall down and struggle to get back up.

If koos & hicks are still abiding by the 9.99% clause...then with a bill out, hicks can "safely" accumulate, gather, forage, bundle, collect...100 million shares before having to dump, exhaust, excrete, eject, emit...
