It's an overseas buyout and don't think they care too much about making other companies upset. They picked this up for pennies on the dollar or close to it. I doubt large companies are still holding a ton of shares as well- larger firms don't usually trade on the OTC.

I think they will take it private and cancel all shares- I'd by some chance they keep it trading, I imagine they will issue new shares, cancel all older shares, and find a way to make their shares have some value.

One of the big reasons they owned so many was buying for the initial take over in August as well as owning a major stake when it came to file for the auction.
