SRGE is suspended - by definition there is no trading - so how could the shorts trade?

I have been watching SRGE for 5 months and there is ALWAYS big news coming - and nothing but fraudulent press releases are delivered.

SRGE is over!

Why hasn't SRGE paid the dividend that was promised?

Why hasn't SRGE issued a press release to update shareholders as they did weekly to announce non-existent events happening?
