May also be an ex-clearing transaction (i.e. one settled by buyer-seller outside of the clearing system).

This can and does happen to fulfill convertible debentures.

Interestingly, the settlement price of .0013 is the average of the 5 most recent closing prices; which is the formula used in the Asher CD notes taken on by BMSN.
