Unfortunately clearing rules have changed and no brokers in the country except certificates of OTC stocks. Once pulled good night investment. Your stock is but toilet paper now.

One must go through drastic measures to redeposit the cert. Typically the TA is the only avenue and even then its up to the broker whether an electronic deposit from the TA would be allowed.


Pulling certs is the dumbest thing any penny invest can ever do. Never ever listen to someone that say's pull certs.
