in the securities of the following issuers, commencing at 9:30 a.m. EST on December 20, 2012
and terminating at 11:59 p.m. EST on January 4, 2013:"

January 4th... 3 trading days left till judgement day. If we don't see anything from the company by then, what happens? Are we delisted and thats the end or does the company have time after that date to fix this mess?

We will know soon the intentions of these guys!
