I feel the need to make a point because it seems there is a misunderstanding on this board about Delta.

As far as I know, Delta has no interest whatsoever in doing any kind of actual mining. Their business structure is this:

1) Sell stock.
2) Use the money of others to buy properties/property rights with possible mineral value.
3) Test property for mineral (gold/diamond) value.
4) Sell property.
5) Buy property. Repeat starting at number 3.

Hopefully, share price rises as the company becomes profitable.
Usually, you would go public after several successful steps of 2 through 5. But, Delta is a pink sheet, so they did things in reverse. Obviously, there was another "Sell stock" step between 2 and 3 in this company's case.

Correct me if I am wrong. And please use factual data.
