Only goes to my previous point that the CEO's business decisions are questionable at best. Someone previously posted about the relative merits of the HemaXellerate patent, I don't argue that either. My concern is that the business entity that owns the patent does not have the acumen to execute financing that will allow the patent mature into a fruitful treatment. Best thing that could happen for HemaXellerate is BMSN going belly-up and the patent being purchased by a company that can run with it.
