I've been burned by Southridge in the past and watched the company of an associate tank because of a bad decision to acquire financing through Southridge and Asher. I will do anything I can to keep these predators from being successful. Take the advice for what it's worth - I just don't want to see "them" win, and they win by taking our $$.
