On reading the recent update more closely, I agree with you, Walter, that the reasons for the delays are more understandable. The fact that they are already quite confident that someone from the proposed acquisition/partnership prospect would be available to step into a full time CTO role leads me to believe that they are farther down this path than we might think. My assumption would be that the conference call within the next month or so might be coordinated with the announcement of this possible merger.
