Maybe they have been waiting until January all along to not owe taxes until the end of 2013. I'm not sure but I think the law says that one has to hold the shares bought prior to the end of the year for a period of a couple of days so that it doesn't qualify as a taxable capital gains for the current year. Maybe we will get the pr in a couple of days depending on what the law mandates. Can anyone here check that out.

Also, can somebody tell me how many shares where sold at .0006?
