(WKN A0RBXG, ISIN US84467T4031 Ticker in Berlin:S2E2) and got delisted on 2012/10/19 as shown in this pdf: www.boerse-berlin.de/data/publications/Publication_36058.pdf

If you translate the Text below the Notice, it'll explain that the Requirements aren't made (Home Exchange for the Stock must be a regulated Market), Pink Sheets isn't considered a regulated Market.
