I think the sell-off was a combination of end of year profit taking,
people got scared from sell-off and just increased it.
Also I think the delayed filing also got some people nervous. I don't think the late file means anything the sister company also did a late file don't forget the CEO seems like he has a lot on his plate running two companies simultaneously....
