This loan is great news! Now it's full speed ahead in Spain.
I'm pleased that it's not 220 million in debt that they announced originally!
They stated that PDI will be used as collateral until it is spun out.? That is strange to me. Why would they hold it as collateral for only a few months. I think I smell more delays in the PDI spin out.
The other confounding problem is with only 140 million dollar loan, how will they be able to get the citrus production rolling? PMC will not be happy now! Lol

About 130 to 145 million in value coming our way, thats like about the market cap we have right now so everyone should be buying.
