If the merger is true the pr has to be out this week because they took the facebook and the internet page off last week, so I think thats the most definitive action they have made since forever. If however the pr doesnt come out this week its definitively a scam and you can securely try to sell whatever you have left. Thats just my opinion, I agree that there are few facts to think about.
