To all Investors:
This is my theory as to why the stock is down.
There are only 2 questions that have not been answered by Dr.
Har-noy?
IMUN and Dr. Har-noy agreed to announce within 90 days after the Phase I-II were completed to publish the results on the 42 Patients in Carlsbad Calif. for pier review. This has not been done. In addition to this by now the investing community expected the FDA Hold to be lifted in full or partial and this has not been done. This would allow the Phase II- III to begin here in the U.S. not in Bangkok. Some investors did not like the Dr. choosing to start in Bangkok and refer all results to the USA & EU.
Neither of these issues have not been announced and therefore investors bailed out. Investors have no way of judging how long they might have to wait for this information to come out. If this info is announced in the near future it would draw all those investors back. The problem then at that point on them returning is there will be no major selling if this news should come out. The stock could rise rapidly to old highs.

I think the Dr. is very concerned with any delay of getting this drug to market and that is why he decided to go with Bangkok first. His concern is only to save lives. He has very little concern about the price of the stock. What the Dr. does not understand is both must work together. However when the drug is available to the public it will not matter. We will have a HUGH winner.
