What PDI is worth now is anybody's guess. Inmet has it's own little story yet to play out with FQ and I'm hoping PTQ/PDI is still in some way, shape or form part of Inmet/FQ's longer term interests. I'm guessing if the PDI spin-out goes through in Q1 2013 that PTQ management doesn't feel Inmet needs PDI to carry out their gameplan, so they are proceeding with the spinout. I agree to do that, go ahead and complete the spin-out and keep your promise to shareholders.

That's an excellent point you make about the 18 month break between getting out from under DB and when repaying the loan has to start. I would hope they set aside money during that time to repay the loan, but overall it still should help their balance sheet. The big question is where does the POG/POS go in the next year. I keep hearing from many pundits that we are due for some downside in the PM's because we have been up for 12 straight years. What I don't get is how that could happen with all the continued money printing going on. At some point in time big inflation has to come onto the scene, every major economy in the world is printing money as fast as they can.
