Positives that I see. Mickelson got the thin film coatings right, that is a major accomplishment. Sounds like a deal is still on and the other company has a more worthy CTO than Louis Glassgow. Moving Louis to part time may be the first cost savings effort ever made by Lightwave. Leonberger increases his presence, I'm sure if he saw things going south he would take the opportunity to distance himself. There's still characterization to do but it sounds like we're pretty far along.

They have cash to make it through 3rd Q? I guess they didn't continue to tap LPC while the share price was up?

Zelibor's security clearance issue is legitimate. Without a contract he could not keep them. I have no doubt he'll get them back. It wouldn't be an issue if we weren't really close to a contract. It might be a good way to push the other company to sign one, so they (the customer) can communicate.
