Let me correct you on a few of your misguided statements.

I am still waiting for anyone to provide verifiable information that SRGE has ANY mining concessions in Mexico - they aren't in the Ministry of Economy's database. And you haven't produced any emails from Tatiana stating that SRGE has the CM mining concessions.

There is absolutely no signed JV or partnership agreement with Kinross - if you have it post it.

SRGE is suspended, no mining concessions and no one is interested in buying a company that only produces press releases not gold.

I doubt any of the listed members of the BOD know anything about SRGE - I have seen not one public comment from any of them about SRGE - just more BS.

If SRGE had sent the SEC any documents prior to their PR - why did they still get suspended???
