Sorry if this has already been stated however, it is fairly common for the surviving entity of a merger to release the auditing firm of the merger partner. (Assuming that the auditing firm that was released was the GEIV auditing firm.) This is what we did with Universal Fog. We released the auditors of the company that we merged with (Edmonds 6) and we continued with our corporate auditors.
