Beckstead and Watts was the auditor for GEIV. NAUG-NWAU's auditors are Moore & Associates.

Since NowAuto (i) acquired GEIV; (ii)is the surviving entity; and
(iii) wishes to maintain their auditor, not switch to another firm, NowAuto must terminate GEIV's auditor and file notice with the SEC.

This is standard any time an acquisition or merger is completed. This is not a "start-over." NowAuto is just remaining with their original auditor.

The audits will likely be filed next week and the 10Q filed by November 15.
