The way i look at it we are already suspended, if the company is indeed scamming, whatever they own would be sold and investors would recoup most of their loses, happened in the past with other companies, SRGE staff BOD and CEO would face jail time and would be game over, i don't think they would be so reckless to pull a stunt like this not knowing that, they claimed announcements against Kinross and the SEC that is to big a stunt, before the PR SRGE was doing great so they really did not need a major headache.
