Your logic is faulty and here is the reason why. SRGE went dark (stopped reporting to the SEC) 2 years ago - why would they send any documents to the SEC prior to issuing a press release. SRGE hasn't filed a audited financials since 2007. There is no reason for them to file with the SEC now as they haven't filed any paperwork to be uplisted.

I absolutely guarantee that SRGE hasn't sent any documents to the SEC and they will not defend themselves.

If you go and look at the history of SAEI you will see the exact same patterns and results.

You will also find investors defending them until it goes grey. The same-thing will happen to SRGE as Alex Smid is still running the show.
