before SRGE can ever rise from the bowels of the grey's they will need to become current with an audited set of financials. Unaudited will not work as their is regulatory suspicions over the accuracy of what the filings say.

SRGE has the opportunity to prove us all wrong, put it upon them to get it done.

I guarantee they will not have a signed binding contract with Kinross or Magna. I also suspect the SEC talked to the TA and the point of contact is suddenly gone.
