Why don't you head over to the Mexican Ministry of Economy (who governs the mining industry) and try to find SRGE in the mining concession database. You won't.
It is very odd that all the SRGE honks talk about the great value of all of the mines they own (mining concession is not ownership - it is a permit to mine) that SRGE can't provide any verifiable evidence to prove they have the mining concessions.
