What you fail to understand is that SRGE has no mining concessions in Mexico. I have no idea where you got that SRGE was mining or had mining concessions but that is completely false. If you check the Mexican Ministry of Economy (which governs the mining industry) SRGE is nowhere in their database.

First SRGE issued the fabricated press release that stated they had hired Magna and that Magna had committed $5 million in funding to SRGE. But, it seems that Magna in emails to several including myself said they had no business relationship with SRGE. How did they commit $5 million and have no business relationship?

If Kinross had signed any documents with SRGE why would they file a complaint with the SEC - they would have a great deal of exposure if they were not being truthful. Do you think the SEC haphazardly suspends trading - no way - they have a significant file on SRGE - have sent the SEC a great deal of information the last few months.

cash4, I will guarantee SRGE will never supply any exculpatory evidence to the SEC. SRGE has no signed documents and has never been in talks with Kinross, SCCO or Goldcorp. Remember that MoMo has predicted/guaranteed that Goldcorp was going to buy SRGE 7 weeks ago as well as SCCO buying SRGE.

BTW, you do realize that SCCO has stated in both written and verbal communications that all rumors regarding SRGE are baseless.

So, we have three companies each denying rumors being spread by SRGE. I guess you can stick your head in the sand and continue to think SRGE is a real company - but you are going to be a very sad bag holder soon.

I am going to guess you are basing your faith in SRGE based on the paid promoters DD. You need to read nodummy's DD about SRGE and their connection to SAEI. Continue to follow MoMo at your own peril.
