You really should take the time to read the Amended Articles of Incorporation. Matt raised the A/S to 2.405 billion with the extra 5 million increase to put preferreds in there.

Nothing in the Amended AOI says anything about the A/S being "freezed."

Matt's a laughing stock. Gotta feel sorry for the folks that believe this one man con job is gonna make them rich.
