First, explain why SRGE had sent documents to the SEC prior to 12/26/2012 since they are non-reporting:

The Company would also like to express that documentation regarding the engagement with Kinross was on file with the SEC prior to the December 26, 2012, news release.

SRGE will do exactly the same as SAEI and just fade away only to reappear as another Pump and Dump.
