An email off to SEC Chairperson...
Ms Walter, as Chairperson of the Commission I am baffled that Barrick Gold Corporation based out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada has not been halted in light of the Court decisions coming out of Chile in regards to Pascua Lama Protocol and in light that Barrick is "not" the Title holders of Pascua on the Chilean side which comprises the largest area of said Gold, Silver, Copper deposit. They have filed with you and the OSC of Ontario, Canada that they in fact do own the land in question.
I wonder what needs to be done to address this issue...shareholders, retirement funds etc will be affected by what is happening and yet the Commission seems to have their heads in the sand once again, like the Madoff case. Time to do some investigating on our behalf
