Yes it's a rigged game at this time. But there is a lot of money to be made buying low outstanding TSX-V shells which have more than 10% insider ownership . If you buy near the placement price levels of the insiders , some of them pay real well. I've got about 56 TSX-V's at this time and with patience at least 80% of them will give at least a double.
