Well guys, it has been a real interesting journey for me in relation to this company/stock.
Remember the Golden Cross discussions? Most of you probably don't.
How about the discussions of a brand new Inca website with online retail that was supposed to be our saving grace? lol @ Stacy for that one...
Or the arguments I had with DanSz for duping people into selling their shares in order to raise the ask? Logical...
My outlook regarding this company changed a few years ago, when months turned into years since we would hear anything from Stacy/PRs. As such, so did my attitude on this board. Everyone here who has posted something that I read and believed to be deceiving, I called bs on it. I've been absolutely sick and tired of seeing people get away with some of the most ridiculous assertions. Promising things will happen soon.
Remember when I swore to never post here again if/when one of the board members expectations of what will happen never came to fruition? I was BANNED for those arguments. It took awhile before I was even allowed to make 1 post per day. That ban has since been lifted - I think?
Over the past few years, I've quietly made contact with the SEC and with several banks/trading companies I've used and red flagged this stock. I just can't believe that a company that is obviously a REAL company making REAL products, can just take investors money like Inca has done over several years.
I've been persistant with complaints to the SEC. And fyi, I wasn't the one who started it. This thing has been red flagged by the SEC for a long time. In fact other board members suggested sending complaints to the SEC, and I wasn't even involved in the discussion, but I did just that. It just sucks that it took so long for something to finally happen.
A lot of people, myself included, have been taken for a lot of money. And that's why I've been upset with people here, why I've argued with people here consistantly. I don't just let people take from me and lie to me. Especially early on when they ropped me in, they were actually communicating with us, updating us on wtf they were doing. To just kick me to the curb and basically lock us all out - f* that. FU Inca. That's not moral. That's insane.
And I hope that the govt. takes every legal action against you all. I hope Stacy gets what's coming to her, and they take Evans gym membership away - well, then kick him in the balls.
Good people, honest hard working people, a lot of people I would call friends, believed in this company and were taken for a ride.
It was my belief for the past several years that Inca would have rather be a private company anyway. But instead of manning up and doing some work to delist, they just tried to let it expire - leaving us all holding expensive bags of poo. Well I for one am glad this is finally coming to a resolution. It's obviously not how I wanted it to end. I wanted this to make me money. And even if it didn't, at least give me the chance... don't just rob me blind. That's cold.
Sorry guys... I wasn't happy when I read the news, it took me awhile to really get my thoughts together and come up with a plan. My plan now, btw, is to watch this all play out with the SEC. I think that's all we have left to do, right? Watch this thing collapse and discuss the possible fallout.
