Very true. Very interesting. If SRGE tried fraud, why would they give out cash dividend to their shareholders on Dec 28th as they said. And, if they are scam, why would they try to give us News concerned about Joint partnership and their situation.

Why? and Why?

If I was SRGE CEO and tried scam to make money, I would not care about shareholders and just cash out and runaway. I would not give news out that shareholders can figure out immediately.
I would not give 0.0002 cash dividend at halted day which costs a lot. I would not try to struggle with NYSE company(KGC) that might cause more trouble such as lawsuit.

Why? Very interesting.

KGC has bad history. So let's wait and see who is playing around people here and what is truth.
